As a result of an internal promotion, they are seeking to appoint a confident, professional and enthusiastic Finance Analyst to provide analysis and business partnering support to the UK and European businesses.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the provision of highly quality financial analysis to the business whilst partnering with operational leads to support decision making. You will be involved in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, variance analysis, cost and trend analysis and ad-hoc project support. A truly varied role offering the opportunity for a progressive candidate to utilise and develop their career.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a finalist or newly-qualified candidate with demonstrable experience in an analytical role with a fast-paced business. You will be a confident communicator able to influence decision making and partner with non-finance staff to drive business performance.
