Senior Financial Controller

We have been exclusively retained by a well-known, award winning, leading developer seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Position for their highest profile business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the Financial analysis of monthly / weekly Management information in line with agreed timescales and content
• Responsible for ensuring all Financial Reporting is maintained to a consistently high standard and managing the core delivery of the function
• Significant involvement with the budgeting and forecasting process including detailed reviews and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
• Preparation of the 3 / 5-year Business plans
• Working with the regional Accountants to manage the day to day accounting duties of the regional cost centre
• Liaising with the group to deal with various ad hoc information requests

Previous experience and qualifications:

• Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least 3 years post qualified experience
• Prior demonstrable senior level finance experience in the property/construction sector
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work and communicate with colleagues from outside of the finance team and at different levels of experience
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a very driven and successful environment and to manage multiple priorities.
• Integrity and a desire to do the right thing
