Holden Jones is proud to be exclusively retained by this expanding international FMCG organisation as they seek to add an exceptionally talented individual to their Group Head Office team. This is a high-profile role interacting with senior individuals within the organisation, which will serve as a springboard to future career development. Reporting to he Group Finance & Reporting Manager you will be responsible for the monthly management and financial reporting for the Corporate Business Unit, periodic budgeting and forecasting processes, monthly cash-flow forecasting (including foreign exchange and hedging), tax reporting and filings, compliance and controls issues, statutory reporting and audit related activities of the Head Office entity.
Whilst clearly the need for outstanding technical skills is paramount, including experience within an organisation with plc style reporting, our client is seeking a commercially astute, robust individual who has a curious approach, is a high achiever and has the ability to build strong relationships.
You will be degree educated and fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You will have a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience within Practice or an international organisation. You will have experience of a group reporting function with statutory reporting experience in the UK and Europe with significant IFRS exposure. You will have a strong understanding of financial systems including advanced Excel. It is a given that you will have outstanding communication skills and demonstrate a tenacious attitude.
