The Finance & Accountancy division at SF Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced Management Accountant to join our established client, based in Leicester. This is a fantastic time to join the business, who are a rapidly expanding, family company within the construction industry.

As the Management Accountant, your duties will include:

- Production of monthly accounts and performance analysis reporting to management team
- Credit control and debt management to ensure that all customer payments due are received in accordance with their terms and initiate further action if required
- Complete HMRC statutory reporting including quarterly Vat returns and annual P11d's
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations - payroll, stock etc
- Responsibility for managing the annual audit
- Supervision of two direct reports, Purchase Ledger Clerk and accounts assistant to ensure timely, accurate completion of duties.
- Processing expenses from managers and senior managers
- Supporting the budgeting process


The Candidate:

- CIMA/ACCA part qualified preferred or qualified by experience will be considered
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience as a Management Accountant
- Industry experience preferred
- Sage 200 (MRP)
- Intermediate excel skills essential i.e. macros, VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience of managing people
