An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join our Devon based client. Reporting into a Group CEO you will be the number one in Finance at local level. The position is initially offered as a 12 month FTC with potential (probable) to convert to a permanent position. The client requires a commercially astute Senior Finance professional with the ability to effectively influence people at all levels. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly MI report for the board
- Preparation of KPI's monthly
- Preparation of adhoc analysis and reports to management
- Control of the end of month procedures for reporting
- Systems and process improvement
- Provision of adhoc information to Managers
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cash Flow monitoring
- Management of the finance team
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a good eye for detail and excellent systems experience. You will be a self-starter who is able to lead a team from the front and be confident at dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
