Michael Page Treasury are recruiting for a Treasury and Business Planning Manager based at their offices in Maidenhead. This is a commercial role where the successful candidate will take a lead on external reporting, securitisation, treasury management and regulatory reporting.

Michael Page Treasury are recruiting a Treasury and Business Planning Manager on behalf of a growing property business based in Maidenhead.
Description
- Understand and advising on the loan facilities, the compliance requirements; and impacts on loan covenants.
- Support the Director of Finance in lender negotiations including raising new funds when required.
- Contributing to the production of the Annual Financial Statements for the Group including subsidiaries and joint ventures; liaising with external auditors and tax advisors under the management of the Director of Finance. Includes working papers and completing to deadlines.
- Take a lead role in the audit
- Create and maintain regular cashflow forecasts
Profile
- Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA and FCMA or Treasury qualified ACT/AMCT
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of managing treasury issues including monitoring bank covenants, and mitigation planning.
- Experience of producing treasury & tax information for annual and monthly accounts.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Previous experience of development cash flow forecasting.
