Finance Manager - Interim

Blusource Finance are seeking a Finance Manager for a multi-site retail business based in Nottingham going through rapid growth. This role is initially an interim assignment, however there is scope for a permanent position, should this be of an interest.

This SME is looking for you to help them develop systems and procedures to deal with the growth they are experiencing. You will oversee a small team of 2 in accounts and work closely with different areas of the business to help with systems in their stores as well as working with the colleagues who are responsible for their online offering, so there is a real chance to add value and help the business progress.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Finance Manager, with experience from a multi-site retailer and has demonstrable experience of implementing or improving processes.
