Your new firm
A well established reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in the Wilmslow / Cheadle are looking to appoint a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join their growing firm. This role has arisen due to YOY growth across the firm which has resulted in the need for an extra resource to manage a portfolio of clients.

Your new role
As a Senior Manager / Associate Director you will be allocated your own portfolio of general practice clients for which you will take full ownership for. You will manage a small team, overseeing the delivery of a range of compliance, tax and outsourcing services. Your portfolio will start off with around 300k worth of fees and over time you will take an active role in BD, dealing with new client queries and onboarding new clients with the aim of growing your portfolio and your team.

What you'll need to succeed
The partners are seeking an ambitious Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) who can demonstrate strong portfolio management experience and is looking to take the next step in their career. As you will be joining a general practice you must be comfortable providing a rounded accounting and tax compliance, outsourcing and advisory to OMB businesses.

As a Senior Manager / Associate Director you will join the senior management team and therefore you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in the business development of the firm and therefore strong communication skills and commercial acumen must also be demonstrated.
