In this position as FP&A Manager in the business your main goal will be to use financial insights to influence commercial decisions and drive the business forwards, ‘business partnering the business partners’.

You will work closely with the commercial team to ensure the long term growth and profitability of the business through the use of financial data and business data intelligence.

To be successful in this role, you will utilise your commercial ability alongside your experience with Budgets, Forecasts and P&L to really add value to the business.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the Budget & Forecasts Services.
• Take full ownership of the P&L
• Identify Opportunities to drive growth through the use of Analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with commercial teams to generate effective KPI and reporting structures to ensure correct commercial decision making.
• Provide relevant analysis to aid future commercial decision making.
• Lead budget and costing services.

• Work with senior management in identifying and implementing improvements in the effectiveness of systems.

The rewards:

• £50,000 - £60,000 salary (negotiable for the right candidate)
