Due to increasing demands a rapidly expanding global business based in Warrington is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager to join its busy team. Reporting to the Group FC, this newly created position is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work for a growing, highly commercial business and act as a Finance Business Partner to the executive part of the organisation.

This will be a key position with access to senior members of the organisation and an excellent opportunity for somebody to develop in their career progression.

As Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant your role will involve:

• Acting as FBP to key senior stake holders in the business
• Preparing analysis on headcount and remuneration as well as designing and managing our incentive and commission schemes.
• Project work; implement new software into the department
• Balance sheet reconciliations, journals, prepayments
• Production of the monthly management accounts packs and presenting
• Providing in-depth analysis
• Assist with the design of key incentive schemes across the business
• Prepare regular reports using Power BI
• Develop complex models to cost projects
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaising with internal and external auditors

To apply for the job you must:

• Be CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
• Have a strong background in management accounts within a large commercial business
• Have advanced excel skills
• Be a strong communicator
• Be able to create detailed reports using Excel or Power BI
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong time management skills
