Finance Director (permanent p/t c days / week). Substantial membership & charity organisation.
Based central London.
COMPANY/ORGANISATION
A growing substantial membership and charity organisation, based central London.
POSITION
This broad Finance Director position reports to the CEO and is a key part of the senior management team. It is a permanent part time position c. 3 days / week. Responsibilities include:
- manage, guide and lead the finance team
- presentation of financial information to senior management team
- manage financial and management reporting, monthly and annual reports.
- manage budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, financial analysis
- financial and tax planning, VAT.
- integrating finance with other departments and liaison across the organisation
- liaison with third parties, suppliers and advisors, auditors
- compliance and regulatory
- ad hoc projects
CANDIDATE
You should be a qualified accountant with several years + experience at Finance Director level, a team player with good leadership, team and people management skills. Experience in the charity, Not For Profit or membership organisation sector is preferred. The salary is prorata to p/t hours and the package includes basic saslary plus bonus, pension, private medical and life assurance.
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
