Internationally listed technology group are looking to hire an experienced Interim Group Technical Accountant to support them on a remote working basis. The role will support the finance leadership and is being offered on a 9-12 month basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of technical accounting matters; including restructuring, leases and share-based payments
- Support USGAAP and IFRS external reporting cycles and announcements
- Contribute to finance training, with focus on technical accounting matters
- Liaise with external auditors on review and consequences of any accounting issues
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant of graduate calibre
- Strong technical accounting skills, gained in a USGAAP and/or IFRS reporting framework
- Previous experience in a technical accounting advisory role, gained whilst working within the big 4 and/or in a large commercial business
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels
