We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Management client of ours to support in an Accounts Receivable hire.
The role will look after two of their main funds and manage all aspects of AR and rent collection from the service providers.
The required skills and responsibilities include:
- Forging and managing relationships with the external service providers for full and timely payments each month
- Inputting and management of data into Yardi
- Ability to manage granular data, monitor discrepancies with ongoing change to rental rates
- Ability to work sensitively to recoup arrears from service providers by understanding their issues
- Comfortable presenting arrears to the business
- AP Responsibilities: support the FD across 30-70 invoices for payment approval per month
Experience:
- Significant experience of all AR responsibilities
- Investment Management / Real Estate Investment Management experience
