Finance Manager

This role will manage the daily running of the finance function and assist the Finance Director in all other aspects of running the businesses. Duties will include:

• Producing the monthly management accounts and board pack
• Ownership of the monthly payroll process.
• Improving internal controls and processes to increase efficiency.
• Manage the company's working capital capabilities.
• Management of the daily cash flow including invoice discounting facility, along with aged creditor and debtor management.
• Budgeting and forecasting processes
• VAT return submission and audit preparation.
• Support the Finance Director with any additional ad hoc duties, projects and analysis

Ideally you will be a high-performing, driven, versatile and highly-organised professional with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), and be analytical in their approach, with a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As this is an all-encompassing role, this individual must be highly adaptable with the ability to manage numerous ongoing task.
