Finance Manager

Having successfully navigated through the challenges of the last 18 months, a private equity backed hospitality business is hiring a Finance Manager to cover for a maternity on an initial 9 month contract. This is a great opportunity to integrate yourself into a business, which has plans to open new sites and maximise their potential profitability through various business lines.

As the Interim Finance Manager, you will be:

• Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director managing all elements of the finance function
• Managing a team of 6 direct reports to allow for finance to support and business partner with sales and operations
• Managing the monthly reporting cycle, reviewing accounts, monthly balance sheet and ensuring delivery of quality management accounts
• Managing the weekly cashflow, invoicing and payroll processes
• Working closely with the senior leadership team on budgeting and planning processes

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or similar consumer based industries. You will ideally be ACA qualified from the big 4 practice firms, although ACCA and CIMA qualified candidate with relevant experience will be considered.
