Location: Loughborough
Summary
Our client - a successful engineering firm based in Loughborough - are seeking an experienced accounts / finance admin to join their team on a full-time interim basis, with a view to being made permanent after completion of probationary period.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Purchase ledger,
*Inputting & matching invoices onto Sage / MS Excel spreadsheets,
*Assisting Payroll Dept. with the collating & entering of employee clock-cards onto their database,
*Data entry,
*Provide administrative support to the Finance Team.
The Right Person
*Essential: immediately available to start OR on short notice,
*Experience within accounts and / or bookkeeping administration,
*Able to work quickly & accurately,
*Excellent planning, organisation & deadline time-keeping skills,
*IT skills incl. good MS Excel knowledge. Experience using Sage would be advantageous, but not essential.
Package
*Appointment Type: Interim, Temporary-2-Permanent
*Salary: £10 - £11 + Holiday Pay / £21,000 - £22,000 FTE (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time 8:30am - 5:00pm (early Friday finish)
*Holiday 25 Days + Bank Holidays
