A specialist finance-related company based in the Surrey/ Hampshire border area.
Your new role
This role has a focus on credit risk and manages a team of c10 (mostly remotely).
- Developing and updating the risk management framework for the business, including working with reports and data identifying potential and actual credit risks amongst current customers.
- The role is also responsible for managing sources of risk control and mitigation, including third party suppliers and the audit team.
- Developing and implementing a full suite of risk reporting.
- Identifying relevant potential areas of credit risk
- Working with external suppliers to develop other opportunities for risk mitigation,
- Retrospective analysis of Potential Loss cases to identify opportunities to mitigate losses in the future by enhancing Risk controls
What you'll need to succeed
The role requires experience in Credit Risk Management ideally within the credit-related industry, or within another financial business setting.
You should have previously developed a risk reporting matrix and have worked in a commercial setting. supporting the risk appetite of the business with pertinent risk management reporting.
You need to live within a reasonable commute of the Camberley/ Farnborough area.
