Commercial Finance Director

Communicate is working with a Private Equity backed Data and Analytics business looking for a Commercial Finance Director. Working in the AdTech space, this company provides a great learning atmosphere, with a connected approach to programmatic advertising. The following are the main responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and Global Finance Director to establish a Capital event strategy for the company and ensuring that they are properly prepared for any capital events that may occur over the following 24 months.
• Responsibility for the company's five-year integrated forecast model — producing projections and delivering them to top management with supporting analysis
• Assist with the creation of high-quality Board reporting in the form of precise financial analysis to challenge performance and promote profitability while identifying trends and major issues/risks
• Examining the potential and hazards that the company’s current financial process presents.
• Collaborating with the Commercial team on business offers, pricing, and ad hoc modelling requirements.
• Respond to ad hoc questions from the board of directors or investors, offering in-depth information, and work on a variety of projects on a regular basis, always searching for ways to improve performance and promote continuous development.
• Learn about the industry's business structures and look at how clients pay for various services or goods, such as media, licenced tools, and contractors.
• Assist the CFO and the Global Finance Director with day-to-day operations as well as global strategic initiatives.
   

Required Skills And Experience
 

• Proactive and tenacious certified accountant seeking to join a fast-paced, developing company. You will have prior expertise in Commercial Finance and be able to exhibit superior analytical and presentation abilities.

• CIMA, ACA, or ACCA certified

• Enthusiastic and enthusiastic about what you do, with the ability to build strong working connections throughout the organisation.

• Strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are needed

• Worked for a Private Equity backed company

• Dealing with banks in the context of debt facilities is a plus.

• Compatibility with the company's basic principles and culture
