Finance Business Partner - 4 Days

Elevation Senior Finance is working with a well-established business in Leeds that has an exciting opportunity for a driven Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting and fast paced role where you will work closely with various senior stakeholders across the business, supporting key decisions and on significant sized contracts. This is a brand new opportunity as a result of recent key strategic changes within the business.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

-Be the main point of contact for all financials as part of the contract delivery team
-Provide pre-contract project support by liaising with the commercial team
-Manage costs and ensure timely revenue recognition on delivery projects
-Prepare business case support details and maintain project financial models
-Develop commercial business proposals in conjunction with Operational Managers and other Business Support Units to enhance performance of the business in line with our performance commitments
-Work with Leadership team to ensure delivery of business and financial performance by regular delivery to colleagues, senior managers and directors on current financial position risks, opportunities and forecasts
-Accountable for creation of rolling Business Plans that are realistic and robust with clear identification of risks and opportunities and are linked to performance commitments
-Challenging and working with operational managers to drive outperformance and savings

The successful Finance Business Partner will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data
- Proven business partnering experience
-Strong commercial acumen
-Ideally experience of contract management but not essential
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
