Financial Controller

My client is a successful UK based manufacturing company that is looking to appoint a Financial Controller. 

Reporting into the Finance Director you will lead a small finance team to deliver timely and insightful financial and management reporting across the business. The role will encompass budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis to improve decision making, manufacturing costing as well as a variety of ad-hoc projects.

This is a 'hands on' management role that will work closely with operational heads supporting the business through the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes and controls. 

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with good leadership and interpersonal skills.  You will have strong systems skills, a high level commercial acumen and ideally have some previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
