Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll look after the management accounts for the Brussels and Paris offices. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts for Brussels and Paris including P&L variance analysis
- Ensuring the accuracy of the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Reconciliation of all intercompany balances
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Support the CFO in preparation of forecasts, budgets and cash-flows
- Preparation of all analysis reports required for board reporting (business sources, spend to budget etc) for the CFO
- Support preparation of statutory accounts
- Supporting with payroll submissions and posting of vendor invoices
- Ad-hoc projects such as supporting with FP&A
Key Skills
- Fluent in French & English - speaking & writing
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified/part-qualified or French equivalent
- Should have a good knowledge of US GAAP, knowledge of Belgian and French GAAP is helpful but not a requirement
- Strong initiative and adopts a proactive approach
- Identifies issues and resolves promptly
- Manages and prioritises workload of themselves and their team effectively
- Successfully juggles multiple tasks
