Senior Finance Analyst

One of the most instantly-recognisable consumer businesses in Hertfordshire is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join it’s high-performing and equally high-profile inventory finance team.  Reporting into an impressive Commercial Finance Manager, this role could offer the post holder a promotion to an FM role within 12 months and exposure to an array of senior stakeholders within the business.  The newly-appointed Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for improving processes and controls within the inventory finance team and provide commercial insights to drive the business to improve performance.

Candidates will likely be recently qualified (likely 1-2 years), with excellent academics and first rate communication skills.  An analytical approach and an eye for detail will stand candidates in good stead, as will experience of manipulating large data sets.  Given the inventory/stock focus of the role, retail/ecommerce or FMCG experience would be looked upon favourably but is by no means a pre-requisite.
