Finance Director

A transformation-focused finance leader, ideally with some experience in M&A is required for an exciting role in a autonomous business unit of a leading provider of business services in the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior management team, this Finance Director position will manage and develop the finance function with a focus on improving governance and controls, FP&A and business support as well as transaction processing. The role will be instrumental in contributing to a strategy for continued transformation and growth. The business has been impacted by covid so the FD will help lead the change agenda and then push for growth, expected 2021.

The ideal candidate will have significant financial, operational and transformational experience from previous roles. They will join the rest of the management team in promoting a matrix structure across the business, working closely with other directorates and promoting the finance function as a key business partner as the organisation moves forward.

The FD will be a change agent who is naturally inquisitive, performance focused and enjoys building a relationship across a very operational business environment.
