Marks Sattin is working with a fantastic growing business based in Maidenhead, who are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a Permanent basis. The role would sit in a wider, supportive Finance team, and would suit candidates with minimum 12 months experience, AAT Studiers or previous experience using the system Netsuite.

The duties would include but aren't limited to:

  • Review, raise and verify client invoices, upload invoices into financial system
  • Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment
  • Process expense reports
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
  • Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries
  • Maintain client POs and credit control
  • Assist with month-end closing
