Finance Business Partner

Holden Jones have been retained by a global tech business with triple digit growth predictions who are seeking to recruit an ambitious, tenacious, and commercially minded finance dynamo who can tell stories from the numbers and see around the corner when forecasting! You are an accountant, but your passion is business first, finance is just the medium you use to make your impact through affecting decisions.  
Your remit will include:

• Financial business partner to key departments within the company
• Help to introduce a culture of financial business partnering and friendly challenge and using the numbers to drive decision-making
• Building out the FP&A systems to be fit for the future of a rapidly scaling tech company
• Drive the monthly rolling forecasting for the departments you support
• Take a lead on ad hoc analysis to help make well informed and modelled decisions

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with commercial experience business partnering managers and directors within a fast paced, ideally technology environment. You will be confident manipulating and sense-checking data and turning into actionable insights. Systems will be a key strength in this role, so you must be a confident Excel modeller, ideally with some SQL knowledge or exposure to implementation. You will be naturally inquisitive, bring innovative ideas and tactfully challenge your stakeholders.
The business is building its FP&A team and this role will centre stage in making it happen, developing forward-looking reporting and building business partner relationships.
