Business Analyst - Global Processes

Our Client an International Professional Services Business in Sheffield are undertaking a global System Implementation project and are seeking the support of an experienced Business Analyst for Global processes to support the delivery of business requirement and design, this is a high exposure and complex program with the potential to run until Feb 2023. This role will sit in the functional design stream across the international and US practices within the matrix structure to support across a number of streams.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

*Support the definition and delivery of the US and International practices
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and define business requirements
*Define detailed design principles to under pin the 'to-be' design
*Coordinate and Input Into 'as-Is' process mapping and defining 'to-be'
*Work with vendors to develop robust functional documentation / specification
*Develop strong relationships with Stakeholders across the program
*Ensure design output correlate back to the core objectives of the program
*Escalate Issues as required
*The primary aim Is to facilitate global billing across the US and International platforms who are Implementing In parallel new finance systems on different tech platforms

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following;
*Proven success in the execution of Finance transformation / projects
*In depth understanding of front office and billing processes legal context preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience of working within both waterfall and agile environments
*An understanding of data design
*The ability to work on your own Initiative and well as part of a team
