Our Client an International Professional Services Business in Sheffield are undertaking a global System Implementation project and are seeking the support of an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of business requirement and for the new finance system SAP S/4 HANA focusing on the billing process and design. This is a high exposure and complex program with the potential to run until Feb 2023. This role will sit in the functional design stream and support the definition and delivery of business requirement for the new finance system.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
*Support the definition and delivery of all required functional design deliverables for the billing, collections and front office processes and design
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and define business requirements
*Support the prioritisation of business requirements
*Define detailed design principles to underpin the 'to-be' design
*Coordinate and Input Into 'as-Is' process mapping of current processes as well as defining the 'to-be'
*Work with vendors to develop robust functional documentation / specification
*Produce high quality documentation and process maps
*Develop strong relationships with Stakeholders across the program
*Work with local teams to ensure data to transfer is reconciled and cleansed for upload
*Work with data migration team to ensure accurate transfer
*Ensure outputs correlate back to the core objectives of the program
*Escalate Issues as required

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following;
*Proven success in the execution of Finance transformation / projects
*Extensive experience In financial control account reconciliation
*Knowledge of fixed asset registers
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience of working In both waterfall and agile environments
*The ability to work on your own Initiative and well as part of a team
*Experience of working with ERP systems (Ideally SAP)
