Accountancy Practice - Central Altrincham - Accounts Senior
Your new firm
You will be working with a Top 50 firm of accountants based in the heart of Altrincham. The firm offer a range of services to their clients inclusive of Accounting, Tax, Bookkeeping and Payroll and following a sustained period of growth they are now looking to appoint an Accounts Senior to the team.
Your new role
As an Accounts Senior at this firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients made up of sole traders, limited companies and partnerships. You will manage the relationship with the clients and liaise with them on a daily basis to discuss their accounts and any queries they may have. You will prepare the statutory accounts and tax returns and review the work of junior colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you must have worked within a practice previously for a minimum of 5 years. You will be able to manage a portfolio of clients and be good at establishing relationships with clients. Communication skills will therefore need to be excellent as will the ability to work to deadlines and targets. Previous experience of using cloud based accounting systems will be looked upon favourably.

The role will be office based with the occasional opportunity to work from home. You will be enrolled onto the firms pension scheme and be entitled to 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
