Investment Executive (Private Equity)

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be exclusively working with a leading Private Equity business in South Yorkshire who are seeking an Investment Executive to join their successful and growing team managing the Regional Capital Fund.

As a business they expect to grow rapidly over the next few years and anticipate significant opportunities for career development.

The role will include liaising with all the professional networks across Yorkshire and Humber, with an emphasis on West and South Yorkshire, to introduce the business and its funds; developing investment opportunities for the Funds and transact to completion.

After a period of training you will be responsible for a region such as South Yorkshire and be expected to originate, transact and source deals such as small MBOs and replacement capital transactions, reporting to the Investor Director. You will also need to liaise with the Business Support Units in their region such as the LEP and programmes, plus any Innovation & Technology Hubs.

There will be an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

Ideally you will have experience of working within small/medium sized finance functions and performing the range of responsibilities outlined alongside high level of computer literacy alongside good communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team and supporting colleagues.

You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way.

The successful candidate will be driven and possess relevant experience as well as continually be looking to grow/evolve in this role.
