Group Financial Reporting Manager - PE Backed Business
Client Details
I am working with fast growing highly acquisitive PE backed business who are looking to hire a Group Financial Reporting Manager in to a newly created role. The business has grown dramatically in the last 3 years and has plans to continue its growth. They are a based in modern and luxury offices and have created a great working culture.
Description
This Group Financial Reporting Manager role is newly created and reports into the Group Finance Manager and will involve the following;
- Reporting to investors and the board
- Group consolidations
- Reporting to Heads of Business Units
- Cash flow modelling
- Quarterly forecasting
- Integrating newly acquired business in to the reporting structure
- One direct report
- Reviewing reports and liaising with senior stakeholders across the business
Profile
You will ideally be ACA Qualified and 1st time move at manager lever or a 2nd time mover who is technically strong and has experience of reviewing reports with clients and senior stakeholders. You will need to be a good communicator both written and verbally.
Job Offer
