A leading Mid Cornwall based chartered accountancy practice has a requirement for an Audit / Accounts Partner to join their firm as a result of continuing growth and expansion, along with planning for the future succession, development and growth of the business. You will join on either a salaried or equity basis as a key, pivotal addition to this growing, highly successful firm.

Client Details

Based in Mid Cornwall (with more details on location available with confidential application and discussion) the firm has grown through mainly organic, ongoing and sustained positive growth. The firm services a very wide ranging client base across varying sectors, wide ranging in size with largest clients into the tens of £millions in turnover. As a result of ongoing growth and planning for the future development of the firm, the partners are looking to bolster the team with this key, all round Audit/Accounts and 'General Practice' Partner. The successful individual will carve an influential role, playing a pivotal and major part in the future development of this firm. Description

Based from the firms Mid Cornwall offices you will play a lead role in taking on a substantial portfolio of wide ranging OMBs, SMEs and wider clients, overseeing the delivery of audit, accounts and significant planning and business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets. You will develop and build strong relationship with clients, in a client facing capacity and will work across the entire firms client range on complex and rewarding advisory work. You will work closely alongside your fellow partners, networking, delivering seminars and developing relationships and look to further the growth and development of the firm, carving a key position within this highly successful firm of accountants.

The successful addition will join at Partner level, very open to offering the right person on either a salaried basis initially, with a clear structured path to Partner level and equity on offer, that can be explored. Or alternatively, the right person can join on an equity basis from start for individuals at existing Partner /Director level and moulding this accordingly around the right fit for the business and candidate.

Profile

You will be any of ACA, ACCA, CTA etc qualified, or hold a similar qualification. You will have a strong, all around audit, accounts, tax and general practice career background within the accountancy practice sector. You will have a background and/or, mix of experience from any of the Top Tier, Mid Tier, medium/large independent firms, or smaller accounting firm environments. You will be operating at the Partner level, remunerated on either a salaried, or equity basis . You will bring a strength as an all around advisor across audit, accounts and advisory work and be able to demonstrate a partner led, client facing, quality service approach, looking to build further on these strengths and carve a career within this leading independent firm of accountants.
