Elevation Accountancy & Finance are excited to be currently working with a key client based in the Selby Area as they look to appoint an experienced & driven Group FP&A Analyst to join their team!
The Group FP&A Analyst will manage the sourcing, collation, verification, analysis and publication of a broad range of data and information from across the business, for both internal and external reporting & Develop appropriate processes and systems to deliver required Group KPIs and reports.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
* Develop, collate and manage performance-related data and information (financial / operational / sustainability) from across the business
* Develop and deliver appropriate analysis to support internal and external planning and reporting cycles
* Develop, collate and publish monthly performance reports for management, including reporting to the Executive and Boards
* Develop, collate and publish information and KPIs to support external reporting, including the Annual Report & Accounts
* Maintain and manage all data and information within a robust quality management process with attention to one source of the truth across the business
* Ensure all published information is properly sourced, verified and signed off before use
* Develop systems and processes, improving quality and certainty of planning and reporting data and information
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the Group with relevant teams
To be successful for this role you MUST have the following attributes:-
* Holds either a relevant qualification (in finance, business or statistics), or working towards
* Highly numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail
* Experience of consolidating, verifying and reporting data from a range of sources
* Strong IT skills, with experience of working with multiple systems and software packages
* The ability to present information to a variety of end users with impact and clarity
* A strong communicator and team player, able to build working relationships at all levels of the organisation
