Elevation recruitment is pleased to be partnered with a well established national business based in Sheffield to assist in the recruitment of a Sales Ledger Clerk to bolster their busy team. Based in a close knit team in fantastic offices, this would suit someone who is immediately available!

Duties of the role will include:

- Deal with any queries that relate to invoices raised, undertaking the necessary checks and taking action as required.
- Resolve payment problems as well as resolve problems when items have not been delivered.
- Allocate payments
- Responsible for speaking to Customers on the telephone to help with queries and ensure their needs are met
- Carry out any other administrative duties as required for the role.

To be successfully considered for the role you must have the following skills/ experience:

- Previous experience and working knowledge of Sales Ledger
- Previous experience working within an accounts or administration role
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
- IT literate and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent personal planning and organisation skills
- A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and influential skills
