Operational Risk Manager
Croydon
£55,500 - £60,000 per annum + Civil Service Pension and other excellent benefits
Our client is looking for an Operational Risk Manager who will be the BAU operational risk point of contact for their stakeholders, as well as providing analytical and organisational support to the Operational Risk team.
The key duties of the role will include management of the RCSA process, undertaking RCSA check in meetings with business stakeholders and the production of operational risk related MI. You will support the evaluation and root cause of risk events and support accurate recording of data and subsequent analysis. You will support the Head of Operational Risk in their change management role and assess the impact of change on the risk profile of the PPF. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support the preparation and exercising of the Emergency Response Team.
They expect interested applicants to have recent career experience of operational risk management processes, principles and reporting. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to think and work independently, be confident to provide positive and constructive challenge, be able to prioritise activity and have an eye for detail.
