A new opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a growing business. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business performance.
Client Details
A growing £30 million turnover business, based in Barnsley. This is a new position for a qualified accountant, to work closely with and provide support for the Finance Manager.
Description
- Preparation of monthly result to trial balance level
- Month End Accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of month end accounts
- Assist with departmental profit analysis
- Support Finance Director and Management with ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Cash flow
Profile
- Fully/Newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Previous Management Accounts experience
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communications and the ability to liaise with all levels of the business
- A self-starter and ability to hit the ground running
- Proactive with a can do attitude
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies
- Outgoing, friendly and a team player
