Payroll Administrator - Manchester - ASAP Start

Your new company
You will be joining a highly regarded 6 partner firm of chartered accountants based in Manchester. The firm are looking to appoint a full time Payroll Administrator to join their busy Accounts team.

Your new role
As a Payroll Administrator you will be required to work with limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. You will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly payrolls, undertaking end to end process for PAYE clients with employees ranging from Director only to circa 1,000 employees. You will be dealing directly with clients on all aspects of payroll operation and compliance, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this job you must have at least a year's experience in Practice. You will be using Mydigital so previous experience of this would be advantageous (but not essential) and having a good working knowledge of other accounts would be desirable. You must have the ability to work to deadlines, good attention to detail and efficiency. You should have strong interpersonal skills as this will be a client facing position.

What you'll get in return
This Manchester based firm are able to offer the full time equivalent of up to 25k as well as a benefits package. You will be working 35 hours week (9:00-5:00) and be entitled to 25 days holiday + bank holidays (which will increase with service), as well as a pension. Onsite parking is also available.
