You will be joining a highly regarded 9 partner firm of chartered accountants based in Blackburn. The firm have seen sustained growth in recent times and so are looking to increase the team and appoint an Advisor to their busy Cloud Accounting team.


Your new job
As an Advisor at this firm you will be expected to provide an excellent service to clients in accordance with the firm's values, procedures, prevailing legislation, and good professional practice to meet or exceed clients' expectations and requirements. You will be working with a portfolio of clients made up of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, your role will require you to liaise with the clients on a regular basis, preparing the year end statutory accounts inclusive of corporation tax returns for review by the partner.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this Advisor job based in Blackburn you must have a minimum 3 years of experience working in practice and ideally be AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part qualified. You will need experience of bookkeeping and the preparation of year end reconciliations for the balance sheet including VAT and PAYE. Previous experience using software's such as Xero, Quickbooks and Sage is essential.
