Finance Director

An energetic and detail-orientated finance leader is required for an exciting role in the UK region of a leading multinational manufacturer and business services provider.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the senior management team, this Finance Director position will oversee and develop the finance function with a focus on continuous improvement of margins, reporting structures and overall efficiency. The role will operate across all sites, adding value to the full product assembly process through to sale. Gaining a full understanding of the business while maintaining speed and efficiency is critical.

The ideal candidate will have an appetite for detail, experience of a large P&L and be keen to affect positive change and add value, carrying themselves with confidence and gravitas. Experience in sectors such as logistics and manufacturing would be a bonus. They will manage and develop a newly-centralised finance team and have the ability to work across sites with varying styles and cultures, interacting with staff at all levels.

The FD will be naturally inquisitive, performance focused and enjoy building relationships at all levels across a business environment centred on manufacturing and customer service.
