Management Accountant

Management Accountant required to join a National Distribution Centre based in Ashton-u-Lyne.

Your new company
You new company are an ambitious, rapidly growing sales and distribution business based in Greater Manchester. Due to yet another acquisition, they're growing their finance function to support the wider business.

Your new role
In your new role as Management Accountant you will Business Partner with the UK Sales Director and their sales team. You will prepare and review sales, cost of sales in conjunction with the Operations Management Accountant on a monthly basis. You will provide detailed variance analysis of Monthly results to Budget and Prior year with full Commentary on variances giving complete insight into what is driving the variances. You will assist the Group Financial Controller in the preparation of budgets and regular forecasts, including assisting in construction of the annual sales and cost budget.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this exciting yet challenging role. You will need to be much more than just a Management Accountant. You will be a bright and ambitious Commercial Accountant with strong analytical and business partnering skills. You will have experience in Project Accounting, Stock Analysis and Cost Accounting. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and experience working within a similar role.
