Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a well respected and leading
business in Sheffield which is based within an easily accessible location with excellent facilities as they look to a recruit a Finance Business Partner to manage the financials for one of their newest and rapidly growing business divisions.

This is a new role which report directly into the FP&A Senior Finance manager. It will provide support to the Group FP&A function as well as acting as strategic finance business partner to the division as well as supporting some of the central Group functions.

This will be a varied role with duties to include the following:-

*Have a comprehensive understanding of the Group reporting and accountability matrix
*Take ownership of the consolidation process using the Group's financial reporting system (TM1). This includes responsibility for:
oUpdating the consolidation system for new acquisitions and projects
oControl of the Group consolidation at each month end
oManaging Group central cost recharges and allocations
*Assist with the production of monthly Board reporting alongside the FP&A Senior Finance Manager
*Support the Senior Finance manager in the co-ordination and consolidation of Group-wide Budgets and Forecasts, including delivering and presenting these at a Board level
*Act as the principal business partner for Group service functions (IT, HR, Facilities), providing detailed insight, analysis and support within your BP areas to aid financial understanding and drive decision making. This includes responsibility for:
oMonthly reporting for your business partners, identifying risks and opportunities in the plan and driving actions to address them
oPreparing of monthly rolling forecasting and twice yearly forecasts for your BP areas
oEnsuring expenditure adheres to Group policies and procedures;
oDelivery of ad hoc analysis and business case support
*Assist with the development of junior team members (Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A)
*Support the delivery of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing change projects across the finance team and wider business;
*Support on ad-hoc projects as required.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Have experience of financial reporting and providing commercial insight to a range of stakeholders
*Have strong presentation skills, both written and oral, ability to flex style depending on audience
*Be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders including negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution.
*Demonstrate the ability to prioritise in a dynamic business.
*Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
*Be IT literate, with strong Excel skills.
