Accountant / Accounts Senior

A highly regarded firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter is searching for a key, additional hands on Accountant / Accounts Senior to join their team as go to support for the firms managers and partners preparing year end accounts, tax, VAT and wider services to review stages for wide ranging clients. You will carve a highly valued role within this close knit team and firm, with full or part time working arrangements equally viable to explore.

Client Details

A successful chartered firm of accountants based in Exeter. Clients are very wide ranging across wide ranging industry sectors and turnovers to include smaller sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up to the audit threshold in turnover, along with a number of larger corporate clients. You will be joining a close knit team of around three staff reporting to senior managers and partners within a wider business of around twenty staff in total across the firm. The firm utilises IRIS and the suite of online software Xero, Sage, Quickbooks etc.

Joining as Accountant / Accounts Senior based from the firms Exeter offices you will be responsible for the delivery of accounts, tax, VAT and wider general accountancy practice services to clients across varied industries, sectors and turnovers. You will carve a key, go to support role within this highly regarded firm, working closely with the Senior Manager, supporting them in the delivery of a quality and timely service. You will have chance to develop a highly valued role and position within this team, developing and progressing within your career.

Profile

You may be any of AAT, ACA / ACCA qualified, or a part qualified/finalist, or suitably experienced only. You must have a career background and technical background delivering year end accounts preparation, tax and wider services for wide ranging clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to offer a hands on Accountant / Accounts Senior level addition where you can provide support to the firms Senior Managers and Partners carving a valued role within this successful, close knit firm. Full or Part time hours, up to 4 or 5 days a week can work equally well.

Job Offer
