My client are a boutique media agency and are looking for a Finance Manager.
The role reports into the Managing Director
- Overseeing all Finance and Commercial Operations
- Monthly management reporting
- Management of revenue tracker
- Managing one member of staff
- Reviewing and evolving our financial processes
- Creating reconciliations and reports to drive profitability
- Overseeing payroll, benefits, VAT, all Company secretary duties
- Cash management
- Supporting across the annual budget and forecasting
- Drive commercial awareness across the agency
Experience Required:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Prove experience in a similar role
- Good commercial acumen and awareness, with sound business judgement
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and confident manners
- A proactive, driven and hands-on approach
- Knowledge of Paprika or Xero is as advantage
