Holden Jones is pleased to be retained by this international FMCG business as they seek to recruit a talented and ambitious individual to their current team. As a result of internal promotion, they are now looking to hire a qualified accountant to the international arm of the organisation to manage the Financial Accounting functions. Supporting the Finance Director responsibilities will include: delivery of monthly financial reporting for the UK; month-end closes and preparation of associated files (balance-sheet/cashflows); statutory reporting, audit and compliance and tax related issues; technical accounting support and delivering process improvements with respect to the transactional functions.
As an individual you will be qualified (preferably ACA) from a leading professional practice with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in a commercial organisation. Exposure to FMCG is an advantage. You will naturally be a high achiever with an enquiring mind and the desire to succeed and progress your career. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and very strong IT abilities.
