Finance Business Partner | Bo’ness | £35,000 - £42,000

The Opportunity

Market-leading and award-winning FMCG Group have an opportunity for a confident, talented and proactive finance professional.

You’ll ideally have a background within management accounting and be studying toward CIMA / ACCA (or be qualified).   You’ll be looking for a business facing role with lots of interaction and partnership with non finance teams across the diverse and innovative manufacturing sites.

This is an out and out continuous improvement setting – you’ll have chance to suggest and influence improvement ways of working and enhanced reporting.

Your role is vital.  You’ll deliver key management information and financial reporting to the site leadership team.

You’ll be vital in helping control and understand costs, highlight variances, drive profitability.  You’ll also help firm up controls and processes to make the reporting as accurate and timely as possible.

There’s lots of exciting growth  and it’s a chance to be involved in a range of added value projects alongside the core accounting and reporting.

The role would suit someone who enjoys interacting with the business and wants to work in a secure, growing and innovative group that can offer job security as well and development and progression.

You will need:

• To be progressing toward or have completed ACCA / CIMA or ACA ideally.
• To have a firm background within management accounting / reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills including confidence with Excel.
• Confidence when communicating with non finance colleagues.
• A proactive approach to making improvements and seeking to make processes slicker / more efficient.
