CFO

We are currently handling a CFO search for a Private Equity backed business operating in the Digital B2B space. The CFO will join the business as it continues to grow both organically and via selective M&A before an exit. The CFO will need to be a strategic operator with high commercial aptitude, and able to act as a true business partner to the CEO. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO, Board and PE owners to continue growing the business
• Develop KPI's for the business and provide regular and insightful management information, forecasts, analysis and commentary to the Board
• Manage cash-flow and the cost-base to support growth within budget
• Develop and optimise accounting, process and controls and assist with IT & systems implementation to enhance efficiency 
• Lead on any M&A activity 

The successful candidate will need to have a hands on collaborative style and approach. Experience in Digital / B2B environments, or closely aligned sectors is preferred.  Private Equity experience is desirable.

Salary circa £125,000 base plus bonus and equity.
