Finance Director

greenwellgleeson working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturing organisation. The business has enjoyed success over recent time and are now looking to recruit a Finance Director who can work with leadership team to help drive further growth and success. The key duties will include:-

* Take ownership of the finance function both at a group and divisional level
* Produce and present the consolidated financial and management reporting at board level
* Work with the business to understand key business driver and enhance reporting and MI to drive insight and improved decision making.
* Business Partner the leadership team to drive enhanced performance
* Work with the owners to execute strategic objectives
* Drive and improve processes and controls across the finance function
* Manage, develop and motive a multi site finance team
* Lead business planning process
* Manage cash and cash flow forecasting process
* Be the key point of contact with external auditors and group finance

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:-
* Qualified accountant
* Experience of working in a multi site manufacturing organisation with in-depth costing knowledge
* Management and development of a finance team
* Experience of redesigning reporting and MI as well as implementing process improvements
* Demonstrate experience of working as part of a senior management team and driving shareholder wealth creation
* Be highly driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
