The Role
An experienced Finance Director is required to join the Board of this high growth business to work closely with the CEO & COO across business planning, budgets and strategy. Driving financial performance and leading the finance function to partner with the wider business, you will oversee all financial, regulatory and statutory returns ensuring compliance and monitoring risk in line with FCA regulations.

The Person
You will have worked in a Board level position with an established career in financial services operating within an FCA regulated environment. With sound commercial acumen you will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience of leading and motivating a finance team. A proven leader you will have demonstrable skills in developing teams and driving financial performance and strategy to improve results.
