As such, Hays is delighted to be recruiting for a Corporate Tax Director on their behalf, a vacancy which is the result of internal promotions and business development.

Your new role
As the Corporate Tax Director, you will ensure the successful delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of client relationships whilst providing tax planning and being involved in complex tax issues in conjunction with Partners and other Directors. You will also support with the management of the service line and, on occasions,the local practice. You will be involved in special assignments and a key member of the senior management team, coaching and developing staff as well as identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in relation to corporate tax compliance and advisory work, ideally complimented by a relevant qualification such as ACA and/or CTA and extensive post-qualification experience. You will exhibit excellent client management as well as staff and project supervision. Examples of or a passion for business development will enhance your application.
