Financial Accountant - Haydock

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a successful manufacturing business in Haydock. This is a new role that has been created following their recent acquisition by a larger Group.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this successful business are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their site Finance Team.

This is a new role within the business to provide support in the following:

- Group reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
- Integration of internal control procedures in line with Group policies
- Fixed Asset Register to be updated & maintained
- Month-End & Year-End reporting and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
- Assist in audit preparation

There will be lots of opportunity for you to drive change within the business, working with colleagues both within and outside of finance to improve processes and systems.

The ideal Candidates will be:

*Fully qualified ACA, CA, ACCA
*Experience in a corporate reporting environment
*Excellent IT skills including accounting software & Excel
*Excellent communication & presentation skills

Ideally you will have trained in Practice, and either considering a 1st or 2nd time move into Industry. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a manufacturing environment, and as the business continues to grow it's likely that there will be opportunities for career progression.
