An international PE-backed manufacturing organisation is seeking an interim Indirect Tax Director for a period of 6 months during a period of change and transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of all indirect tax matters and legislative changes across EMEA
- Ensuring effectiveness and governance by reviewing and developing robust processes and controls
- Ensuring VAT processes are sound and optimising cash flow / balance sheet positions
- Managing and providing advice on ad-hoc VAT queries
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant and/or tax advisor of graduate calibre
- Proven experience of global indirect tax in an operational role within a large international business
- Experience of SAP highly beneficial
